For Organisations

I can support your organisation with 1:1 coaching, leadership coaching, group coaching and a range of workshop offers.

Get in touch with me to discuss your organisational or team needs and we can co-create something bespoke for you.

Coaching sessions can help your team:

  • Adapt and thrive in changing or challenging circumstances

  • Re-find motivation and purpose

  • Increase in confidence

  • Manage stress

  • Understand how they work best (especially helpful for people who see things differently to the neurotypical brain)

  • Achieve goals and overcome challenges

  • Improve leadership skills

  • Step up into a new role

  • Improve working relationships

Working with Christina gave me the time and space to reflect upon my values and consider what authentic leadership looks like for me. She created a safe space in which I could honestly reflect on what was important to me and she challenged my thinking and assumptions in a kind and direct way. I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions and believe that Christina has helped me pause for a moment to consider how I want to navigate this key transition moment in my career (stepping up to a senior leadership role). At a time when a significant number of working adults and parents are experiencing burnout, my coaching sessions with Christina gave me an opportunity to ground myself and find reserves to show up for myself and my team. A fabulous investment. Thank you.

Workshops and talks

I offer lunchtime webinars and workshops (45-60 minutes) as well as more in-depth, interactive sessions of 2-3 hours (online or in-person, depending on your location/ needs).

The sessions incorporate a blend of explanation, practice, discussion and reflection - and also often include space for relaxation. They draw on my Psychology MSc, and Physical Intelligence certification, as well as my experience as a coach and my background in community engagement. Find out more about my expertise here.

I also offer talks (online or in-person).

As a guide here are some topics that I cover in talks and workshops:

  • Thriving when you are busy (How to slow down and find the mental space to think clearly, focus and get stuff done).

  • Performing under pressure (How to harness that stress / nerves / jitters – for example for presentations, important projects, interviews etc).

  • Igniting your innovative spark (Priming your creativity to come up with new workarounds, new solutions, new ideas, new ways of doing things, being adaptable and flexible).

  • Cool, calm and collected (De-stress, re-ground, re-set and move forward).

  • Having an adventurous mindset (supporting you to thrive on the ups and downs of life, bravely tread uncertain paths and respond to challenges)

You and your team/ colleagues are also always welcome at my monthly FREE, 30-minute lunchtime relaxation and learning webinar series: Rest and Digest. The first 10 sessions are on the theme of stress management and are held at 12:30 pm on the second Tuesday each month. For more information and to register yourself and your team members, visit the What’s On page.

Alternatively I can deliver the full Rest & Digest series especially for your organisation - email me on christina.transformational@gmail.com to arrange this.

The first sessions have been a valuable pause to better manage the rest of day and the next one! I really appreciate the mix of science and active mindfulness and relaxation and have come away with new knowledge, awareness and tools.

Team Green Away Afternoon

Nature Connection & Creativity: Restore, Refresh, Renew

Partnership with 9Trees

Join me for a relaxing, restorative and rejuvenating workshop for you and your team.

I have partnered with 9Trees to have a tree planted in a 9Trees woodland for each attendee to this workshop. 9Trees is an award-winning organisation with a mission to create nature-rich biodiverse woodlands throughout the UK.

These 3-hour workshops, held in a beautiful natural setting in Bristol (let me know if you want to talk about alternative locations), will restore a sense of calm; prime you and your team for creative thinking; renew motivation and purpose; help you to feel ready to move forward with fresh ideas, fresh perspectives, and fresh ways of doing or being. And beyond the rejuvenating experience on the day, you will also leave equipped with knowledge and techniques that you can apply ‘back in the real world’ to manage stress and boost creativity.

Guide price: £570 for group of approx. 10, including the cost of tree planting and management (cost could vary depending on location, numbers etc - we can work out the details together)

This session is perfect for you and your team if you are in need of a fresh perspective, to re-boot, re-motivate, move things forward, innovate, do things differently –

…Or if you and your team simply want a restorative afternoon in nature, to just enjoy, be, relax, recharge and restore calm.

More about this session:

Manage stress

There is increasing need to provide support for stress. According to Mental Health UK, in their 2024 burnout report:

  • 91% of adults in the UK experienced high or extreme levels of pressure or stress at some point in the past year.

  • One in four (24%) ‘unable to manage stress and pressure in the workplace’,

  • One in five working adults (20%) needing to take time off work due to poor mental health caused by pressure or stress in the past year.

Boost creativity

And in today’s fast-paced world, creativity is an essential skill to help your team adapt and respond flexibly in the face of challenges, come up with new solutions, ideas and approaches, and solve problems. Creativity also brings a sense of satisfaction, reduces stress and supports mental wellbeing.

Attendees to this workshop will:

  • Restore your sense of calm, and de-stress

  • Feel restored, rejuvenated and re-motivated

  • Get breathing space, clarity and refresh the mind

  • Feel primed and ready for creativity (and pick up some ways to do this in the ‘real world’ too).

  • Start to draw out a fresh perspective, new approach, new possibilities, identify opportunities or new ways of doing / being that you can apply to your current goal or challenge (including personal, professional, global, planetary, societal or organisational)

  • Enjoy re-connecting with the natural environment

  • Build an understanding of how the natural environment and optimal human functioning are connected, and use that understanding to support yourself to thrive in a challenging world (and professional role!)

  • Build an understanding of the interaction between the body, thoughts and feelings and the way that we look at and respond to the world around us - and learn some techniques to harness this interaction (Physical Intelligence)

  • Have a tree planted and managed on their behalf (these will be planted by the 9Trees team at a designated 9Tree site and not as part of this workshop)

Sessions incorporate a blend of explanation, nature connection, guided relaxation, and creative, multi-modal, opportunities for reflection (collectively and individually). Information and activities drawn from psychology (such as neuroscience and positive psychology), as well Physical Intelligence, will be woven throughout. Physical Intelligence principles support people to increase their understanding of how what is happening in the body affects the way that we think, feel, and respond, and how being more aware of this allows us to work with our bodies and minds in a more integrated way, supporting thriving.

I have a flexible approach so please get in touch to find out more and to talk about the aims for your team, or any particular requirements for the day, or add-ons (such as in-person and virtual follow-ups, workshops, 1:1 and group coaching).

“I had a fabulous time at the wellbeing workshop with Christina. I wasn't sure what to expect and slightly worried that I would find 3 hours too long - but time flew and I didn't want to leave! Christina was so lovely, and the activities were a good mix of mindfulness and connection - but also getting thinking about our goals in a light-hearted way. I left the workshop with renewed energy and a lot of ideas about what to do to live a more authentic life.”

— Cindy, Attendee at Nature Connection & Innovation workshop
